Our Apple Stand

Located at the head of Biscay Pond in Damariscotta, the apple stand is the hub of Biscay Orchards.  It is where all of the harvested apples are delivered, washed and sorted, then stored, sold or pressed into cider.  It is here that customers come to pay for PYO apples or to purchase the many apple varieties that we grow and harvest ourselves.

We stock a nice selection of baked goods, including cider and pumpkin donuts, bread, apple pies, delicious  molasses cookies and pastries. There is deliciously sharp Cabot cheese, local Lakins Gorges cheese, caramels, fudge, maple syrup, honey, jams and jellies, and, of course, apple cider! Books, cards, candles and locally crafted items, including hand knit apple and pumpkin hats are available for purchase.

This year we are excited to introduce Biscay Orchards Crisp Apple Salsa!  Our fresh salsa is crafted in small batches that feature tree ripened cultivars harvested right here.  Look for it in the cooler, next to our sweet cider and prepare your taste buds for a burst of autumn flavor!

Due to our short season, we accept cash and checks only.  We hope you understand that this is how we are able to keep our prices so reasonable!
